Contact: Please send inquiries via the contact form below. Once we begin discussing your event, I will send you a password to hear sound samples — this is great for picking out songs for your event and can also help you decide if I’m the musician you want to hire.
Rates: My rate is usually $225 for solo violin at your wedding ceremony — this includes pre-ceremony music as guests and wedding party are arriving, the processional, and the recessional. If you add on a cocktail hour, the price goes up to $300 total for one hour of playing shortly after the wedding is over. Both of these rates include the wedding rehearsal. They exclude any special music requests that aren’t part of repertoire, or special rehearsal or travel requirements. 50% deposit required to book the date, and contract will be issued. I accept cash, checks, and online payments via Paypal.
Prefer the deeper tones of a viola? Any of my repertoire can be performed on a viola too!

“Lauren played beautifully at our wedding and created such an special atmosphere. Neither my wife or I could’ve possibly been happier, and we have received many compliments from our guests. Lauren allowed us to select whichever pieces of music we wanted for pre-ceremony as well as our exit song and even went so far as to learn a piece of music entirely new to her as it was something my wife and I have both loved for years. In the build-up to our wedding, Lauren’s responsiveness to emails was lightning fast and exceedingly helpful. She was there bright and early for both our rehearsal ceremony as well as the big day itself. If we could leave her 10 or 100 stars, we absolutely would. If an incredibly talented, thoroughly professional, punctual, charming, wonderful individual is who you are looking for to play beautiful music at your wedding, look no further.” — Meg and Mark Royston, bride and groom
“Working with Lauren was the easiest part of our wedding vendor process. She took our concepts, likes, dislikes, and specific requests then quickly found the perfect music to our wedding. She followed-up with us in person and sent us personal mp3 recordings to make sure we were satisfied. We had numerous music aficionados in our families who were impressed by her professionalism (the kind who know if someone is out of tune or off key!) Our only regret was not keeping her around longer!” — Mark Askinas, groom
